The Facilities:
The Main Barn has a large greeting atrium with east and west offices to the sides, plus restrooms just beyond the glass doors into the main barn area.
The East Office is Kim’s farm management office and west side for Jack with a complete indoor stallion collecting room, mare breeding facilities, including general processing lab area room for general vet use, plus embryo transfer, semen freezing and embryo freezing lab equipment rooms. We just finished the IFV Lab room for new business, AZ Equine IVF Center.
On the 10 acres, the new ranch has the Main Barn with a total of 47 stalls, 3 grooming areas, indoor and outdoor wash racks, an equine swimming pool, 8 horse walker, 120 X 220 ft arena, 65 ft round pen, seven - daily turn out corals, three - 1 Ac horse paddocks, 250 ton hay storage and our residence.
We moved in July 2015.
The past 3 years of careful design planning has resulted in a facility to care for and breed quality horses. The new Cryogenic and IVF Breeding / Preservation Lab was just finished. Planning effectively has been a key to our success. Stay tuned for some exciting horse breeding offers.
